The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mauro Elivareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Romero in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Senen saved Sape FC from getting behind. Nicolas Romero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Senen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. A hard shot 21 in the game by Nicolas Romero from a close distance when the talented Alvaro Senen managed to make a qualified save. Sape FC's players were relieved. After 22 played minutes Atletico Lucas got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Perez. Atletico Lucas's Kauan Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Lucian in the 23rd minute of play. Luis Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Kauan Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes of play, Atletico Lucas's Nicolas Romero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Senen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Senen was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Sape FC's Alvaro Senen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Romero in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Romero made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Cresconio in the 60th minute of play forced Atletico Lucas's goalkeeper Kauan Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Domeka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Senen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Romero in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Senen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the game, Valentin Macerio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sape FC's Igor Txaran quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. German Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Atletico Lucas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sape FC for a fine match.
