Gaston Bizen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Tauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Chap in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Atlas's Anastasio Tauro got a free kick in the 7th minute. A hard shot 9 in the game by Eulalio Vergaray from a close distance when the talented Semen Litavrin managed to make a qualified save. Atlas's players were relieved. With a little luck, Atlas's Semen Litavrin got control of the ball when Ermegildo Flores tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Romeo Fortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristo Larpe charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristo Larpe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlas! In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for F.C. MAGIKE. Hermengildo Madaleno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Semen Litavrin. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltasar Chap in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Tauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Atlas were awarded a corner. Cristo Larpe went to the cornerflag to take it. Ermegildo Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to F.C. MAGIKE getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Armando Crispo hit a great ball. Higinio Tauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Tauro in the 41st minute of play. When Angel Pere fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. MAGIKE's protests and gave Angel Pere a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to F.C. MAGIKE getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Angel Pere hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Chap stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Baltasar Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anastasio Tauro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Higinio Tauro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baltasar Chap's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Tauro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Higinio Tauro was a little too slow when Baltasar Chap got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-2. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for F.C. MAGIKE! When Baltasar Chap came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Atlas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Chap couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes in the game, Gaston Bizen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Higinio Tauro having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, F.C. MAGIKE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Pere to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th match minute, F.C. MAGIKE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Flores to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Ermegildo Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, F.C. MAGIKE's Higinio Tauro got control of the ball when Baltasar Chap tried to sneak it across the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, Anastasio Tauro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. MAGIKE the free kick. After 98 played minutes Atlas got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Tauro. Semen Litavrin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Madaleno in the 99th minute of the match. The F.C. MAGIKE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
