Annuit Cœptis FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Felipo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 41 played minutes, Annuit Cœptis FC's Cesar Mundo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eleuterio Nastasio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Annuit Cœptis FC reached it. After 42 minutes, Celso Maureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the blazers and the Annuit Cœptis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Eleuterio Nastasio, was totally fooled by Annuit Cœptis FC's Cesar Mundo, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Urtungo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Nastasio saved blazers from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulises Urtungo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelino Iratxo during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
