In the 3rd minute, Tamer Harmanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Independiente Rivadavia's Anton Bolshoy tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lolo De la Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cristian Campestrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Independiente Rivadavia's goalkeeper Cristian Campestrini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Independiente Rivadavia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lolo De la Torre was slow to take the kick. During this time Renault F1's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Renault F1's corner Lolo De la Torre fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristian Campestrini quite easily take care of the ball. Peng Wei Fan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Bolshoy in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Lolo De la Torre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Campestrini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match Qutaiba Al Shemali shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peng Wei Fan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luca Langoni in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peng Wei Fan saved Renault F1 from getting behind. After 20 played minutes Renault F1 got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Lutman. After 21 played minutes Independiente Rivadavia got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Abel. In the 23rd minute, Renault F1's Lolo De la Torre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristian Campestrini. Cristian Campestrini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Kurt Lutman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Errando during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Independiente Rivadavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Errando to maneuver through the defense. Nereo Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Langoni in the 37th minute of play forced Renault F1's goalkeeper Peng Wei Fan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Lolo De la Torre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristian Campestrini. Lolo De la Torre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Luca Langoni made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Renault F1 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Roberto Rios hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Kurt Lutman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Independiente Rivadavia made a substitution. Mihai Văcăroiu replaced Nereo Abel. The supporters of Independiente Rivadavia booed when Renault F1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Lutman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peng Wei Fan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Loiola in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Renault F1 got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Rios. Renault F1's Ciro Rodriguez was substituted for Lolo De la Torre. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Independiente Rivadavia's goalkeeper Cristian Campestrini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Rodriguez in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Campestrini saved Independiente Rivadavia from getting behind. When Independiente Rivadavia's Luca Langoni in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Renault F1's goalie prevented a goal. Luca Langoni received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Peng Wei Fan came out and tried to block the shot, but Luca Langoni slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 95th minute. Renault F1 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Independiente Rivadavia for a fine match.
