Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chicoana AFC's Feliberto Montez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Jota Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Raphael to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute of the match Anibal Paulin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Egun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 7 played minutes Jota Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Bibiano. Marcos Weterio scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Egun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Lehoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Malvin in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Chicoana AFC's Anibal Paulin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anibal Paulin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chicoana AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anibal Paulin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Chicoana AFC's Anibal Paulin got a free kick in the 16th minute. Samuel Lehoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Reynardo in the 23rd minute of play forced Chicoana AFC's goalkeeper Samuel Lehoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Jota Juniors FC's Robustiano Malvin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Lehoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Feliberto Montez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Egun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Zacarias Osmundo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gualterio Egun, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Chicoana AFC booed when Jota Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Toribio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Weterio struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Gualterio Egun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chicoana AFC. Chicoana AFC's Samuel Lehoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Malvin in the 37th minute of play. When Chicoana AFC's Feliberto Montez in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jota Juniors FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rafael Leheren's late challenge caught a Jota Juniors FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Leheren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute of the match Gonzalo Enaut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Lehoi skillfully saved the ball. The Chicoana AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jota Juniors FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Malvin to make the kick off. With a little luck, Chicoana AFC's Samuel Lehoi got control of the ball when Prospero Raphael tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Chicoana AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Feliberto Montez hit a great ball. Robustiano Malvin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Prospero Raphael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Robustiano Malvin took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Samuel Lehoi to make any attempt to save it. Feliberto Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Robustiano Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Egun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Montez in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Chicoana AFC's Eustacio Cordera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gualterio Egun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Feliberto Montez notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Jota Juniors FC's Gualterio Egun. Gualterio Egun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Feliberto Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Feliberto Montez came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Chicoana AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Montez couldn't finish the play. Eustacio Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Gualterio Egun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Jota Juniors FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jota Juniors FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
