Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Matias Belo took the kick off in the first half of the match. INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Lázaro Guifre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Rutenio in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Desiderio Gabino hit a great ball. Higuera's Sebastian Berriotxoa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA. In the 11th minute of the match, Matias Belo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adan Gau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lázaro Guifre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Lorien, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's zone, Feliciano Lorien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Guifre came out of the goal and Feliciano Lorien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higuera's Adan Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Belo in the 17th minute of play. Jacobo Rutenio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Matias Belo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Higuera's Adan Gau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Braulio Pelayo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adan Gau. Higuera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Higuera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Egoi to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the game, Desiderio Gabino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Higuera the free kick. The supporters of Higuera booed when INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Gabino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Matias Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Rutenio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Guifre having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Lorien made a kick off. Adan Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Belo in the 59th minute of play. If Aquiles Evis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adan Gau came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's Matias Belo. But to his dismay, Matias Belo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Belo in the 70th minute of play forced Higuera's goalkeeper Adan Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Evis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, Higuera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Cuarto to maneuver through the defense. Matias Belo succeeded in the game's 75th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Higuera's Adan Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Belo in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Lorien came free, but Lázaro Guifre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higuera:s Adan Gau showed great skill when he stopped Braulio Pelayo:s penalty. Lázaro Guifre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Lorien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Belo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adan Gau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Higuera players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for INDEPENDIENTE AVELLANEDA.
