Club Atletico Platense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lou Dempsey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 40th minute Julian Emmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Niguel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Candido Quinteros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Silvio Mincho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Dempsey came free, but Remigio Belarmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remigio Belarmo was a little too slow when Lou Dempsey got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 63rd minute, Lou Dempsey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remigio Belarmo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Dempsey in the 67th minute of play forced Club Atletico Platense's goalkeeper Remigio Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lou Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Iigo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Flori FC's Remigio Belarmo threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gregorio Ganix, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Silvio Mincho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Remigio Belarmo made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Flori FC's Lou Dempsey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. 83 minutes into the game, Jesus Heli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remigio Belarmo. Jesus Heli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. Lou Dempsey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Remigio Belarmo made a huge save. In the 88th minute Silvio Mincho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Silvio Mincho took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Remigio Belarmo to make any attempt to save it. In the 93rd minute, Julian Emmanuel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Silvio Mincho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remigio Belarmo, 0-14.
