An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Savion in the 4th minute of play forced Deportivo Bien Fria's goalkeeper Humberto Piorno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Lon hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jose Marquez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Anier Nel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Hilario Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C. A. Francisco Álvarez's Hilario Mon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Lauaxeta in the 16th minute of play. Aaron Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Anier Nel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hilario Mon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Lauaxeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th match minute, C. A. Francisco Álvarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Illart to maneuver through the defense. Alonzo Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hilario Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Bien Fria's Alonzo Lauaxeta got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anier Nel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes, Aaron Hever mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Francisco Álvarez and the Deportivo Bien Fria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aaron Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. C. A. Francisco Álvarez's Hilario Mon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Nel in the 40th minute of play. Alonzo Lauaxeta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Mon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute Alonzo Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Mon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alonzo Lauaxeta was the one to do the kick off. Hilario Mon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Lauaxeta in the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, C. A. Francisco Álvarez's Hilario Mon got control of the ball when Anier Nel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hilario Mon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Lauaxeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, C. A. Francisco Álvarez's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Santos came free, but Hilario Mon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 64 minutes into the match, Deportivo Bien Fria's Anier Nel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hilario Mon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anier Nel took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hilario Mon. Hilario Mon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jonatan Santos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 69th playminute. Alonzo Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Mon having to interfere. Anier Nel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Hilario Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Mon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anier Nel in the 81st minute. If Anier Nel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Llope during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Niceto Llope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A nice corner shot did that Jose Marquez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hilario Mon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 88th match minute, C. A. Francisco Álvarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Hever to maneuver through the defense. In the 89thth minute of the game Alonzo Lauaxeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Francisco Álvarez's Hilario Mon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alonzo Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hilario Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Domingos Lleir put in a rough tackle.
