The crowd rose to their feet as Carnerillo's Santos Borre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Higinio Raymundo. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. When Jaime Venceslao came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Carnerillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Venceslao couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 谢斐勇 during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carnerillo! Rodolfo Eguzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Ekialde having to interfere. Ciro Gagriel hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Santos Borre came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Carnerillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santos Borre couldn't finish the play. Higinio Raymundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Darien's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. If Santos Borre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Ekialde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristobal Ostadar's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Carnerillo's Santos Borre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Raymundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39th play minutes Santos Borre shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Higinio Raymundo and just under the crossbar into goal. Santos Borre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Higinio Raymundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santos Borre was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Carnerillo's Rigoberto Ekialde got control of the ball when Emanuel Raebert tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Sativa F.C getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Julian Behe hit a great ball. Gonzalo Chaime blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Ekialde having to make a save. Carnerillo's Rigoberto Ekialde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Eguzki in the 66th minute of play. Higinio Raymundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Borre in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Venceslao in the 72nd minute of play forced Sativa F.C's goalkeeper Higinio Raymundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Borre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Raymundo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Carnerillo's Benito Vigil got a free kick in the 78th minute. Santos Borre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the Sativa F.C defense, Santos Borre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Higinio Raymundo. The Sativa F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Higinio Raymundo should have stopped the shot. Higinio Raymundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Borre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sativa F.C's goalkeeper Higinio Raymundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emilio Ibar made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gonzalo Chaime however managed to control. There was no doubt that Carnerillo were the better team. Carnerillo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
