Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leonides Llorenc took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Nestor Reynardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Salvator was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Guañizul's Teobaldo Aguirre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Breogan in the 11th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Rossi FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Breogan. Pedro Tolino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hernan Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Guañizul got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Bautista. After 24 minutes, Jaime Checa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guañizul and the Rossi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Checa hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Rossi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Reynardo came free, but Hernan Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Gaitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Albano Gaitano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Salvator. Rossi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Gaitano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Guañizul getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rigoberto Gilesindo hit a great ball. If Nestor Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Guañizul were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nestor Reynardo to strike the kick off in the second half. Rossi FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Ciriaco Navarro scored to the left of an out of position Hernan Salvator, making the score, 0-2. 54 minutes into the game, Albano Gaitano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guañizul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rossi FC the free kick. A collision led to Guañizul getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Albano Gaitano hit a great ball. Teobaldo Aguirre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Nesor in the 55th minute of the match. When Albano Gaitano came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Guañizul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Gaitano couldn't finish the play. Rossi FC's Hernan Salvator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Rossi FC from getting a goal against them. Nestor Reynardo took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Salvator. Hernan Salvator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Tartalo during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Rossi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Reynardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Rossi FC's Hernan Salvator got control of the ball when Nestor Reynardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teobaldo Aguirre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Txema in the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Guañizul's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Breogan came free, but Teobaldo Aguirre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobaldo Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Breogan in the 83rd minute of play. Teobaldo Aguirre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonides Llorenc went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Guañizul's Teobaldo Aguirre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Nesor in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Rossi FC booed when Guañizul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Mikolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Guañizul eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
