Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5528, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulises Basualdo kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the game, Amador Terciero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. Luzuriaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pikas the free kick. After a rather tough play, C.A. Luzuriaga's Rodrigo Abreu got a free kick in the 12th minute. Pikas's Damaso Darien got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Cosme Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Kinsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Damaso Darien dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Kinsen, 1-0. Celso Kinsen was a little too slow when Damaso Darien got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-0. Damaso Darien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Pikas's Damaso Darien slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celso Kinsen. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. After 44 minutes of play, Pikas's Damaso Darien made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Kinsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Darien to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Federico Cefero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pikas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Luzuriaga the free kick. After 56 played minutes C.A. Luzuriaga got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Abreu. After 58 minutes, Abelardo Stephen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. Luzuriaga and the Pikas players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Damaso Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Darien in the 70th minute of the match. Pikas's Alfredo Kismi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Pikas from getting a goal against them. In the 75th match minute, Pikas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Martino to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Martino during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pikas getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jesus Martino hit a great ball. Pikas's Alfredo Kismi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Pikas from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, C.A. Luzuriaga's Fidel Ciano got a free kick in the 81st minute. Damaso Darien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Cefero was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 85th minute, Federico Cefero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Darien in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Kinsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Amador Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Kismi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pikas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
