Evelio Gustau charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Gustau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 10 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Sánchez's goalkeeper Ciriaco Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evelio Gustau. 12 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Jacob notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Club Deportivo Sánchez's Ciriaco Abeijon. Ciriaco Abeijon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evelio Gustau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Abeijon made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO MAURI's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Gregory came free, but Camilo Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SPORTIVO MAURI's Enzo Iraido managed to work through Club Deportivo Sánchez's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Enzo Iraido dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Evelio Gustau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Abeijon made a huge save. Evelio Gustau succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Jacob in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Abeijon saved Club Deportivo Sánchez from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Iraido in the 33rd minute of play forced Club Deportivo Sánchez's goalkeeper Ciriaco Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Deportivo Sánchez's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Enzo Iraido 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 44th match minute, Club Deportivo Sánchez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Gregory in the 46th minute of the match.

Evelio Gustau got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ciriaco Abeijon handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. A collision led to Club Deportivo Sánchez getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Geronimo Gregory hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, SPORTIVO MAURI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Havier to maneuver through the defense. The SPORTIVO MAURI fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when SPORTIVO MAURI's Evelio Gustau looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enzo Iraido in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Abeijon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Evelio Gustau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SPORTIVO MAURI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 71st minute Enzo Iraido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Camilo Cordara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The SPORTIVO MAURI fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when SPORTIVO MAURI's Evelio Gustau looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Evelio Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Abeijon having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Enzo Iraido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ciriaco Abeijon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 87 played minutes SPORTIVO MAURI got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Celino. Evelio Gustau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ciriaco Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, SPORTIVO MAURI's Arnaldo Jacob made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Abeijon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Deportivo Sánchez's attack was well implemented in the 97th minute, but when Geronimo Gregory was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When the referee ended the match the SPORTIVO MAURI players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
