The Egusquiza fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Egusquiza's Dionisio Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A hard shot 15 in the game by Everardo Columbo from a close distance when the talented Lorenzo Orixe managed to make a qualified save. Egusquiza's players were relieved. Egusquiza's Lorenzo Orixe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Eyague in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Astor Eyague managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mandaloria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Eyague was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Lorenzo Orixe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcelino Benitez charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Benitez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Egusquiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Benitez to maneuver through the defense. In the 28thth minute of the game Astor Eyague who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egusquiza's Lorenzo Orixe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mandaloria's Edgardo Lekubegi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Santos in the 30th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Astor Eyague made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Orixe. Egusquiza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Everardo Columbo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lorenzo Orixe came out and tried to block the shot, but Everardo Columbo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 46th minute.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Eyague in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorenzo Orixe saved Egusquiza from getting behind. After 71 minutes of play Egusquiza's Victor Santos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After some careless play in the Egusquiza defense, Astor Eyague kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Orixe. The Egusquiza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Orixe should have stopped the shot. Everardo Columbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Astor Eyague ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Orixe was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-3. Astor Eyague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Orixe having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Sancho got free with Edgardo Lekubegi in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
