After some careless play in the Carpintería AFC defense, Cipriano Abancens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baltasar Florinio. The Carpintería AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baltasar Florinio should have stopped the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Carpintería AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Abancens came free, but Baltasar Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Blas Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to La Michoneta FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bellaghy Colwell hit a great ball. Tadeo Lluques who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Orlando Gatti when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, La Michoneta FC's goalkeeper Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Leocadio. When Jimeno Leocadio came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Carpintería AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Leocadio couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, La Michoneta FC's goalkeeper Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Leocadio. Mauricio Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Baltasar Florinio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, La Michoneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Leocadio came free, but Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimeno Leocadio made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Carpintería AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Abancens came free, but Baltasar Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match La Michoneta FC got a corner. Carpintería AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alonzo Elivareo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Mauricio Itzaina to score against Baltasar Florinio in Carpintería AFC's goal. 1-2 after 61 minutes. Filomeno Raymundo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Cipriano Abancens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Baltasar Florinio made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Carpintería AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Michoneta FC:s goal. Carpintería AFC:s Baltasar Florinio showed great skill when he stopped Alonzo Elivareo:s penalty. The excitement rose when La Michoneta FC's Alonzo Elivareo after 76 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Carpintería AFC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-3. Carpintería AFC's Baltasar Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Abancens in the 82nd minute of play. Bellaghy Colwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Florinio having to interfere. Remigio Sein hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Michoneta FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
