Club Atletico Falcon's Ciro Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Birjaio in the 16th minute of play. Ciro Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Savier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Birjaio in the 20th minute of play forced Club Atletico Falcon's goalkeeper Ciro Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertalan Tóth came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Falcon's Feliks Zurawski. But to his dismay, Feliks Zurawski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Club Atletico Falcon getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Filomeno Iigo hit a great ball. Ciro Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Ermano in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Falcon's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Ermano came free, but Ciro Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.A.Estudiantes's goalkeeper Bertalan Tóth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Atletico Falcon's Feliks Zurawski got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Feliks Zurawski came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Club Atletico Falcon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliks Zurawski couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Feliks Zurawski made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Club Atletico Falcon's Ciro Quinten got control of the ball when Apolo Chucho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Söder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertalan Tóth having to interfere. Ciro Quinten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Birjaio in the 60th minute. Ciro Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Ermano in the 70th minute of the match. When Jimeno Gartzi fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.A.Estudiantes's protests and gave Jimeno Gartzi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.A.Estudiantes getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jimeno Gartzi hit a great ball. Club Atletico Falcon's Igor Beti got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feliks Zurawski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertalan Tóth having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Zurawski in the 84th minute of play forced A.A.Estudiantes's goalkeeper Bertalan Tóth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chants of A.A.Estudiantes echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Club Atletico Falcon had held the ball for most of the match.
