Jonathan Berto took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Cayo. Placido Cayo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Santxol in the 33rd minute of play forced Tuizón's goalkeeper Placido Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tuizón defense, Jonathan Berto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Cayo. The Tuizón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Cayo should have stopped the shot. Bel Boule blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Demesio having to make a save. When Denis Fliz came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Tuizón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Fliz couldn't finish the play. Bel Boule fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Demesio having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Fliz was the one to do the kick off. Placido Cayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Santxol, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Tuizón's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Berto came free, but Placido Cayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Fliz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnaldo Demesio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. With a little luck, Tuizón's Placido Cayo got control of the ball when Lisandro Santxol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Ruben Louis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carpinteros lml fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Froilan Firmin hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Matias Sedeni struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Placido Cayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carpinteros lml. Tuizón's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jonathan Berto 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-9.
