Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) Delmar Cebrian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Colipulli's Hipolito Serafo got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Concepción's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Primitivo Iago scored to the left of an out of position Cristo Quintana, making the score, 1-0. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colipulli's goalkeeper Denis Abreu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Teo Aragones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Wilfredo Illan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Colipulli's Ladislao Lico got a free kick in the 19th minute. Denis Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Cebrian in the 29th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Colipulli's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Illan came free, but Denis Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Cebrian in the 39th minute of play forced Colipulli's goalkeeper Denis Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmar Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Abreu having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Wilfredo Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Concepción's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Illan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hipolito Serafo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Primitivo Iago made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Colipulli got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Maria. Delmar Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Denis Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Illan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Abreu having to make a save. In the 62nd play minute Wilfredo Illan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Denis Abreu. 1-1. In the 68th minute Delmar Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Concepción got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Bonifaco. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Primitivo Iago sped through Concepción's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristo Quintana. When Concepción's Delmar Cebrian in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colipulli's goalie prevented a goal. Primitivo Iago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Quintana having to interfere. Hipolito Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cristo Quintana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Concepción's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
