With a little luck, La Dropeta's Aquilino Frances got control of the ball when Florentino Santio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match, Florentino Santio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aquilino Frances was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 23 minutes into the game, Higinio Barea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aquilino Frances. Higinio Barea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Aquilino Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Barea, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Cristian Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Hodei's late challenge caught a Ensenada FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Hodei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Patricio Hodei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ensenada FC's Florentino Santio in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aquilino Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Santio in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, La Dropeta's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Barea came free, but Aquilino Frances reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Florentino Santio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of La Dropeta's Aquilino Frances. Aquilino Frances was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 66 minutes of play, La Dropeta's Alonzo Mino made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Bilbo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Mino in the 69th minute of play forced Ensenada FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Bilbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Hever's late challenge caught a La Dropeta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
