Efrain Esdras who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Aquilino Frances when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 4th match minute, La Dropeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Hodei to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Mancio in the 10th minute of play forced La Dropeta's goalkeeper Aquilino Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Mancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aquilino Frances tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, La Dropeta's Aquilino Frances got control of the ball when Efrain Esdras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquilino Frances made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Efrain Esdras sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to La Dropeta getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Igor Txurio hit a great ball. Aquilino Frances made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Esdras in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, La Dropeta's Ramon Sagrario got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Efrain Esdras managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Alvarado's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Esdras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Frances breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in La Dropeta's zone, Maximiliano Mancio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Frances came out of the goal and Maximiliano Mancio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Esdras in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Frances saved La Dropeta from getting behind. Efrain Esdras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aquilino Frances tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Dropeta's Aquilino Frances proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save La Dropeta from getting a goal against them. Wilfredo Ihintza kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Ramon Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Jairo Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Jonas Caitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramon Sagrario might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Frisco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Sagrario ran back to his position shaking his head. 65 minutes into the match, C.A.Alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Dubardo came free, but Jairo Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquilino Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Mancio in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Salvador Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Dropeta's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Dubardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Frisco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Sagrario got free with Jairo Frisco in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafin Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Efrain Esdras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Boniel hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the game, Salvador Dubardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jairo Frisco. Salvador Dubardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When C.A.Alvarado's Efrain Esdras in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Dropeta's goalie prevented a goal. C.A.Alvarado were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
