Benigno Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Pink Pig F.C's Ivan Hibai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Fernandes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Arnaldo Fernandes was a little too slow when Pablo Eguntsenti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. 13 minutes into the game, Hector Ihazintu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Arnaldo Fernandes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnaldo Fernandes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Ihazintu in the 17th minute. Arnaldo Fernandes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivan Hibai showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 20 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cumbita's Benigno Socorro got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 29th match minute, Pink Pig F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Mauricio Txomin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pink Pig F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cumbita the free kick. If Isidro Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cumbita's Adolfo Oihenarte in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pink Pig F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Arnaldo Fernandes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Ihazintu in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Oihenarte was the one to do the kick off. Arnaldo Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arnaldo Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Eguntsenti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Pink Pig F.C got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Maurino. In the 70th minute Hector Ihazintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Txomin in the 71st minute of the match. Arnaldo Fernandes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Ihazintu went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Victorio Havier hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Fernandes came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Pink Pig F.C's Mauricio Txomin. But to his dismay, Mauricio Txomin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 95 played minutes, Cumbita's Anier Ermengol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonardo Ermano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cumbita reached it. When the referee ended the match the Pink Pig F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
