After 4 played minutes, KFRV Xeneize's Domingos Eleazar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hernan Fernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFRV Xeneize reached it. Moises Dolcet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Hernan Fernandez 5 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Viento Norte's Hernan Fernandez got control of the ball when Moises Dolcet tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes, Ignacio Sidoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viento Norte and the KFRV Xeneize players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte's Ignacio Sidoro got a free kick in the 11th minute. Hernan Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Dolcet in the 13th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Geronimo Larpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viento Norte and the KFRV Xeneize players grew even worse after the yellow card. Feliciano Lizer kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Viento Norte got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Eyague. In the 19th minute of the match, Bruno Barreto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hernan Fernandez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 21 minutes into the match, Moises Dolcet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Fernandez. Viento Norte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Dolcet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Oscar Cortez struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Cyprian Latocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viento Norte. KFRV Xeneize's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domingos Eleazar in the 30th minute. Domingos Eleazar made a great header on KFRV Xeneize's corner, it was just that Viento Norte's Hernan Fernandez managed to reach the ball for a save. Aaron Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Eleazar in the 33rd minute of play forced Viento Norte's goalkeeper Hernan Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyprian Latocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Cortez in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Moises Dolcet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte's Ignacio Sidoro got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 46 played minutes Sébastian Maradona rounded Viento Norte's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Cortez was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Moises Dolcet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KFRV Xeneize fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Viento Norte's zone, Sébastian Maradona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Fernandez came out of the goal and Sébastian Maradona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Dolcet in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernan Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hernan Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sébastian Maradona in the 61st minute of the match. Aaron Astudillo was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Viento Norte getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Aaron Astudillo hit a great ball. When Sébastian Maradona came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the KFRV Xeneize fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sébastian Maradona couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Domingos Eleazar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Fernandez. Viento Norte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingos Eleazar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 73rd minute Sébastian Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Sébastian Maradona managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFRV Xeneize's supporters rose to their feet, but Sébastian Maradona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Moises Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Dolcet scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hernan Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Dolcet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KFRV Xeneize had played much better football throughout.
