Bruno Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. David Luzaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Dolcet got free with David Luzaide in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Xacintu struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Cyprian Latocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fiestatonda. In the 16th minute, Dante Hitzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes, Moises Dolcet made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fiestatonda's David Luzaide tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Moises Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFRV Xeneize's Domingos Eleazar suffered a concussion after 29 minutes and had to leave the field. After 29 minutes, Cristobal Boni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fiestatonda and the KFRV Xeneize players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fiestatonda's Cristobal Boni got a free kick in the 30th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, David Luzaide successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg David Luzaide managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when KFRV Xeneize's Moises Dolcet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Moises Dolcet came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the KFRV Xeneize fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Dolcet couldn't finish the play. After 37 played minutes Fiestatonda got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Pietro. After a rather tough play, Fiestatonda's Iker Rocio got a free kick in the 38th minute. Fiestatonda's David Luzaide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Fiestatonda from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Xacintu was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Moises Dolcet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Luzaide was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anselmo Shantala during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Fiestatonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Boni to maneuver through the defense. Martin Pirmin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the KFRV Xeneize defense, Paulo Xacintu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cyprian Latocha. The KFRV Xeneize fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyprian Latocha should have stopped the shot. Sébastian Maradona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Fiestatonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Rocio to maneuver through the defense. Fiestatonda's David Luzaide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Policarpio in the 79th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Moises Dolcet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fiestatonda's David Luzaide was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Fiestatonda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Pietro to maneuver through the defense. Moises Dolcet missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 84 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the David Luzaide right hand side. Martin Pirmin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Cyprian Latocha made a huge save. There was no doubt that KFRV Xeneize were the better team. KFRV Xeneize's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
