The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Senio to strike the kick off in the second half. Viento Norte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bover Juniors the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Viento Norte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Eyague to maneuver through the defense. Ulises Gilen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hernan Fernandez. Viento Norte's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Bover Juniors players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
