With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Montay in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kepa Arrizabalaga saved Santa Rosa de Lima from getting behind. Mantero FC's Nicasio Elivareo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Mantero FC from getting a goal against them. Angel Procopio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Generoso Montay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Tauro in the 42nd minute of play forced Santa Rosa de Lima's goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Santa Rosa de Lima's much stronger midfield.
