The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Caminito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Avellaneda came free, but Everardo Gelmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Lucero made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Severiano Cebo. After 20 played minutes Jardón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Albano Venerando. Caminito FC's Everardo Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Salvatore in the 22nd minute of play. Cristian Avellaneda's late challenge caught a Caminito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Avellaneda helped the player get up and apologised. Cristian Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Everardo Gelmiro was a little too slow when Cristian Avellaneda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaston Tristan during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Severiano Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Everardo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albano Venerando in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Gelmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Venerando was the one to do the kick off. Jardón AFC's Cipriano Munio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justo Sotil in the 60 minute of the game. Caminito FC's Everardo Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Venerando in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Albano Venerando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jardón AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Everardo Gelmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albano Venerando's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes Caminito FC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Sergi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Venerando in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Gelmiro saved Caminito FC from getting behind. Caminito FC's Everardo Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Cebo in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Albano Venerando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jardón AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 86 minutes into the game, Paulino Edur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caminito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jardón AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Caminito FC's Paulino Edur got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Severiano Cebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Everardo Gelmiro. Caminito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severiano Cebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. If Severiano Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Venerando in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Gelmiro saved Caminito FC from getting behind. Albano Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Gelmiro having to interfere. Jardón AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
