Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alberto Mirande took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of ASCE FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 8 minutes into the match, Elertondo's goalkeeper Godfredo Gabirel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Mirande. Ramiro Lando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 18th minute Salvador Aurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Leizarraga kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Remigio Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Salvador Aurre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elertondo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The ASCE FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elertondo were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristo Santo was the one to do the kick off. Salvador Aurre took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Lando. Ramiro Lando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvador Aurre got free with Ramiro Lando in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the match, ASCE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Jerrald came free, but Ramiro Lando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Elertondo's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Ekain came free, but Godfredo Gabirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Mirande in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godfredo Gabirel saved Elertondo from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Samuel Leizarraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ASCE FC's Eustacio Bartoleme was substituted for Eusebio Chesus. A collision led to Elertondo getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Samuel Leizarraga hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Remigio Roldanillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes ASCE FC got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Ermano. The long shot by Eustaquio Aurken in the 79th minute really tested Ramiro Lando's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, ASCE FC's Eustacio Bartoleme got a free kick in the 80th minute. ASCE FC's Ramiro Lando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Bautista in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of ASCE FC booed when Elertondo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90th play minutes Alberto Mirande shot 3-4, a short shot which went by Godfredo Gabirel and just under the crossbar into goal. Ramiro Lando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Jerrald in the 96th minute of play. The Elertondo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
