A sloppy throw-in by Daniel Millrick in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Los Tucu-Tucu's Hipolito Firmin. 22 minutes into the match, Olivos Juniors FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiberto Chale. In the 31st minute, Miguel Nalo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfonso Pedroso. The goal made the score 2-1. The Los Tucu-Tucu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Brask should have stopped the shot.

A collision led to Olivos Juniors FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ovidio Erasto hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Filiberto Chale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Los Tucu-Tucu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Olivos Juniors FC:s goal. Los Tucu-Tucu:s Jan Brask showed great skill when he stopped Adan Etxepare:s penalty. 67 minutes into the match, Adan Etxepare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan Brask. Los Tucu-Tucu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Etxepare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Alfonso Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Chale in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Petri in the 75th minute of play forced Olivos Juniors FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Chale kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Olivos Juniors FC's Fausto Franco got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Nicolas Nel fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
