Victorio Ado was a little too slow when Victoriano Sauveur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. Victorio Ado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Sauveur in the 34th minute. Victorio Ado made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Victoriano Sauveur sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Claudio Orlo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Victorio Ado came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Avellaneda 1998's Gavino Florian. But to his dismay, Gavino Florian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Avellaneda 1998's Tobias Quintan was substituted for Albano Noe. Fabian Maraman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Ado having to interfere. Severo Jusepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Avellaneda 1998's goalkeeper Inocencio Estefan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Hustaz. Victoriano Sauveur charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Sauveur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Avellaneda 1998 getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Victoriano Sauveur hit a great ball. Many of anteojitos's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. anteojitos may have spent more time on the ball, but Avellaneda 1998 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
