The tension between the Sacahumo FC and the Cochrane FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saverio Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Donio having to interfere. Damian Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Damian Demesio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dante Donio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Donio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Demesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Aureliano Gudesteo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Faustino Rico, 2-1. 35 minutes into the game, Damian Demesio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dante Donio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dionisio Sansone kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Dionisio Sansone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Donio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. If Saverio Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The wind increased when Aureliano Gudesteo made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Saverio Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cochrane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Argina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 55th play minutes Damian Demesio shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Dante Donio and just under the crossbar into goal. If Damian Demesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Damian Demesio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Donio was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Damian Demesio had several of the Sacahumo FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-5 score and a disappointed Dante Donio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Aureliano Gudesteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Demesio struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Dante Donio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cochrane FC. Damian Demesio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-6 to the left of a surprised Dante Donio 78 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Damian Demesio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Donio. Damian Demesio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. In the 86th minute, Damian Demesio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dionisio Sansone came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cochrane FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dionisio Sansone couldn't finish the play. After 93 played minutes, Cochrane FC's Apolo Eufemio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Donio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cochrane FC reached it. Damian Demesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Dante Donio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
