After some careless play in the Aurinegro club defense, Paulo Enmanuel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Maiorga. The Aurinegro club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Maiorga should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Paulo Enmanuel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arturo Maiorga. Aurinegro club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Enmanuel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Formentera's Justino Hondo in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Formentera's Froilan Jacob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Chumo in the 27th minute of play. Aurinegro club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Abascal in the 28th minute. A nice corner shot did that Victorio Neron got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Froilan Jacob quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arturo Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Enmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The Formentera fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Formentera's 龙建烨 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arturo Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 龙建烨 in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Paulo Enmanuel could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Arturo Maiorga however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
51 minutes into the game, Formentera's 龙建烨 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Maiorga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 54th minute, Paulo Enmanuel made a precise shot to the right of Arturo Maiorga. Aurinegro club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 62nd minute, Paulo Enmanuel made a precise shot to the right of Arturo Maiorga. Armando Asier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 13-1. There was no doubt that Formentera were the better team. Formentera's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
