The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Armando Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Olo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aurinegro club's zone, Modesto Enaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Mateus came out of the goal and Modesto Enaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Otsoa in the 12th minute of play forced Aurinegro club's goalkeeper Ulises Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurinegro club's Ulises Mateus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Fonda in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Aurinegro club booed when Andrade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Txaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Aurinegro club's Ulises Mateus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Gaizkine in the 21st minute of play. Cosme Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Baldomiro Otsoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Olo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Chumo in the 28th minute. Erubiel Chumos short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Jesus Olo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Armando Asier struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jesus Olo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aurinegro club. Ulises Mateus came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Andrade's Pablo Fonda. But to his dismay, Pablo Fonda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Teobaldo Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pablo Fonda to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Andrade getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Teobaldo Gaizkine hit a great ball. After 57 played minutes Andrade got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Fonda. 60 minutes into the match, Andrade's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Asier came free, but Jesus Olo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Fonda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ulises Mateus came out and tried to block the shot, but Pablo Fonda slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 66th minute. Jesus Olo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Ulises Mateus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jesus Olo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Asier in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Otsoa in the 77th minute of play forced Aurinegro club's goalkeeper Ulises Mateus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobaldo Gaizkine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ulises Mateus made a huge save. Jesus Olo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Asier in the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Erubiel Chumo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aurinegro club's supporters rose to their feet, but Erubiel Chumo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Olo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jesus Olo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Asier in the 90th minute of the match. Andrade's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
