When Santo Ermano came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Yacuchirí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santo Ermano couldn't finish the play. Jeremias Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Gomez having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Scylla A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Caradaro came free, but Esteve Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Scylla A.F.C's goalkeeper Esteve Gomez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Isusko. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Yacuchirí booed when Scylla A.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Gomis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee showed Santiago Montez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, Scylla A.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Montez to maneuver through the defense. Esteve Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Caradaro in the 60th minute of the match. Esteve Gomez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Caradaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
