The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A very good chance. After 11 minutes, Bruno Sabino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LAGLORIOSA.NRO12 and the Cerrillos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bruno Sabino hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Mariano Roldan came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Cerrillos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Roldan couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herminio Txanton to make the kick off. A collision led to LAGLORIOSA.NRO12 getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ruperto Segio hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Herminio Txanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Gartzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Gartzea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Silvino in the 95th minute of play. Atilano Gartzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Sotero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
