In the 16th minute Benedicto Caradaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Diegotxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Anselmo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Erasmo Remicio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MARITO FUTBOL CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yacuchirí the free kick. A collision led to MARITO FUTBOL CLUB getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erasmo Remicio hit a great ball. Benigno Markel hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Uriel Natal during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Yacuchirí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Natal to maneuver through the defense. Danilo Nofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Duardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Yacuchirí's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Duardo came free, but Danilo Nofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Guaberto Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danilo Nofre made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Roberto Javiar sent off a good shot on target. Guaberto Oalo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danilo Nofre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Oalo ran back to his position shaking his head. When Anselmo Duardo came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the MARITO FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Duardo couldn't finish the play. Roberto Javiar took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Nofre. Danilo Nofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Caradaro was the one to do the kick off. Alfredo Gai kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Benedicto Caradaro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Diegotxe. Benedicto Caradaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Guaberto Oalo came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the MARITO FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Oalo couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes MARITO FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Duardo. After a rather tough play, Yacuchirí's Uriel Natal got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the game's 74th minute MARITO FUTBOL CLUB's Ruben Tonio took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Danilo Nofre and thus the score was 2-1. 80 minutes into the match, Roberto Javiar notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Yacuchirí's Danilo Nofre. Danilo Nofre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guaberto Oalo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Danilo Nofre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARITO FUTBOL CLUB. Guaberto Oalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Roberto Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Duardo struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Danilo Nofre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARITO FUTBOL CLUB. MARITO FUTBOL CLUB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
