When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ezequiel Alonso sped through Cerrillos AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atilano Gartzea. Fidel Nuñez lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Cerrillos AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LA GRAN WILLY FC:s goal. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Jaap van Zijp took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Atilano Gartzea to make any attempt to save it. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cerrillos AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaap van Zijp was slow to take the kick. During this time LA GRAN WILLY FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LA GRAN WILLY FC's Denis Franco to fire away a dangerous shot which Atilano Gartzea despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Placido Millano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Atilano Gartzea made a huge save. When Abdurrahman Cesimi fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA GRAN WILLY FC's protests and gave Abdurrahman Cesimi a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes LA GRAN WILLY FC got a freekick which was hit by Abdurrahman Cesimi. Atilano Gartzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilano Gartzea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ezequiel Alonso's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Cerrillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Leguizamón came free, but Atilano Gartzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaap van Zijp in the 76th minute of play forced Cerrillos AFC's goalkeeper Atilano Gartzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Gartzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaap van Zijp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Denis Franco made a precise shot to the right of Atilano Gartzea. Cerrillos AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. LA GRAN WILLY FC fully deserved thier win.
