The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Columbo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 23 in the game by Geronimo Ralondo from a close distance when the talented Atahan Gol managed to make a qualified save. We Salute You's players were relieved. In the 24th minute Naranjito were awarded a corner. Moises Ler went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Moises Ler almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but We Salute You's Atahan Gol did a great save. After 25 played minutes We Salute You got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Maiorga. After having played for 26 minutes, Moises Ler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naranjito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Ler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute Igor Mero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, We Salute You's goalkeeper Atahan Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Daunte. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Wally Ananin made the kick off in the second half. We Salute You's Atahan Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Columbo in the 51st minute of play. We Salute You were furious when Arnulfo Reno was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to We Salute You getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Arnulfo Reno hit a great ball. Atahan Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wally Ananin in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leon Daunte in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Gol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Naranjito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
