The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Guaberto Berenguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. But to his dismay, Markus Berg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Cortaderas FC's zone, Markus Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Galtero came out of the goal and Markus Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pierre-Henri Dazin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ybarlucea F.C.'s Steven De Keuster in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cortaderas FC's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Ybarlucea F.C.'s Luciano Oton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Galtero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardo Galtero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven De Keuster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ybarlucea F.C.'s Melchor Omero was substituted for Mariano Egun. Sixto Darien hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Pierre-Henri Dazin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Cecilio Cordairo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Eutor having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Cortaderas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre-Henri Dazin came free, but Ricardo Galtero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ybarlucea F.C.'s Pierre-Henri Dazin got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melchor Omero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ricardo Galtero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cortaderas FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Marcelo Mikelats hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saturnino Emmanuel to make the kick off. With a little luck, Cortaderas FC's Ricardo Galtero got control of the ball when Luciano Oton tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Saturnino Emmanuel came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Cortaderas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Emmanuel couldn't finish the play. Ybarlucea F.C. made a substitution. Hipolito Loiola replaced Luciano Oton. Saturnino Emmanuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Florentino Eutor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Steven De Keuster got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 71 minutes of play, Ybarlucea F.C.'s Hipolito Loiola made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Galtero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Markus Berg struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ricardo Galtero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ybarlucea F.C.. Ybarlucea F.C.'s Fernando Eutor was substituted for Markus Berg. In the 84th play minute Steven De Keuster came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ricardo Galtero. 0-3. 88 minutes into the match, Cortaderas FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Galtero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steven De Keuster. Cortaderas FC's Ricardo Galtero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Henri Dazin in the 92nd minute of play. Hipolito Loiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ricardo Galtero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
