The referee showed Antonio Honrio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Patronato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Honrio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Patxi in the 18th minute of play forced Patronato's goalkeeper Israel Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonard Percha to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Patronato's goal looked a bit too open when Jøran Erstad came free, but Israel Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Israel Diegotxe came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Arraial D Ajuda's Jøran Erstad. But to his dismay, Jøran Erstad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Patronato's Israel Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jøran Erstad in the 55th minute of play. Celestino Bertin hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Markus Kvernberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arraial D Ajuda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Joel Patxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Israel Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Markus Kvernberg made a precise shot to the right of Israel Diegotxe. Patronato's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jøran Erstad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. There was no doubt that Arraial D Ajuda were the better team. Arraial D Ajuda's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
