The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Fabian Osorio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hoeth´s Wisdomers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dorados FC the free kick. Aurelio Rameriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Cristo Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Dorados FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aurelio Rameriz hit a great ball. Ramiro Bakar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dorados FC's Aurelio Rameriz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Hoeth´s Wisdomers booed when Dorados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Rameriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Ramiro Bakar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Manuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Andres Erasto in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hoeth´s Wisdomers's Ladislao Loren. Cristo Manuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Bakar in the 39th minute of play. It was beautiful to see Dorados FC's Andres Erasto in action when he in the 46th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Bakar to strike the kick off in the second half. Andres Erasto struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Cristo Manuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorados FC. Cristo Manuelo came out of the goal and Ramiro Bakar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Erasto made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Fernando Tristan immediately put the ball in play. Ramiro Bakar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cristo Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hoeth´s Wisdomers made a substitution. Bartolo Libertad replaced Desiderio Haritz. Ramiro Bakar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristo Manuelo having to make a save.
