Lipeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PARIS SAINT GERMEINS the free kick. When Silverio Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PARIS SAINT GERMEINS's protests and gave Silverio Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. Eustaquio Goito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Hulberto Melendo made a huge save. Benjamin Txeru took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hulberto Melendo. Hulberto Melendo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by 俞崇西 in the 46th minute of play forced Lipeo's goalkeeper Zeledon Figueroa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

56 minutes into the match, 俞崇西 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zeledon Figueroa, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Txeru in the 88th minute of play forced PARIS SAINT GERMEINS's goalkeeper Hulberto Melendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Figueroa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Mikelar in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute Eustaquio Goito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hulberto Melendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 俞崇西 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Zeledon Figueroa made a huge save.
