Apolo Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfonso Federigo got free with Apolo Aurken in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute, Ayapaso's Godfredo Odon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Godfredo Odon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ayapaso protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Godfredo Odon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Widen FC a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hermengildo Rafe, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ayapaso's Apolo Aurken. 1-0. Apolo Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Lazcano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galip Torum's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Apolo Aurken firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ayapaso's Apolo Aurken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ayapaso from getting a goal against them. Emiliano Niva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Emiliano Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Paublo in the 15th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Xabier in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emiliano Niva saved Widen FC from getting behind. Galip Torum could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Apolo Aurken made a huge save. In the 31st minute, Cayetano Paublo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Xabier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Niva. Widen FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Xabier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Emiliano Niva came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayapaso's Ubaldo Xabier. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Xabier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 43rd minute Cayetano Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Niva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Paublo in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Ayapaso were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Victoriano Urbasa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cayetano Paublo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Alfonso Federigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Aurken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes, Paulino Dino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Widen FC and the Ayapaso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Widen FC's Emiliano Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Ubarna in the 62nd minute of play. Cayetano Paublo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Emiliano Niva made a huge save. In the 64th match minute, Widen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Sazon to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Paublo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emiliano Niva. Widen FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Apolo Aurken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Urbasa in the 67th minute of play. Apolo Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Federigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Widen FC's Emiliano Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Xabier in the 74th minute of play. Apolo Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Urbasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 83rd minute Ubaldo Xabier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Niva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. After 91 played minutes Ayapaso got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Xabier. 92 minutes into the match, Ayapaso's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Lazcano came free, but Apolo Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Aurken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Orlo in the 94th minute of the match. The Ayapaso supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ayapaso would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
