The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lorenzo Remigio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Crişan Taffarel. Ciclista FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Sébila defense, Dario Benedetto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Txanton. The Sébila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Txanton should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cenan Savlet in the 9th minute of play forced Sébila's goalkeeper Narciso Txanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Flores had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Narciso Txanton. Sébila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Flores was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Narciso Txanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pashk Reçi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Txanton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Pashk Reçi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Narciso Txanton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Crişan Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Txanton came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ciclista FC's Rigoberto Flores. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Flores quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to Sébila getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ambrosio Jusepe hit a great ball. Narciso Txanton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Benedetto in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Rigoberto Flores shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Txanton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Flores charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rigoberto Flores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The wind increased when Dario Benedetto made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Lorenzo Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Amador Francesco took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Narciso Txanton to make any attempt to save it. In the 64th minute, Rigoberto Flores left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciclista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Sébila's Carmelo Tab was substituted for Donato Txema. In the 78th minute, Cenan Savlet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciclista FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Serafin Cidro hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Crişan Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Tab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Benedetto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Txanton having to interfere. Dario Benedetto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ciclista FC booed when Sébila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Jusepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Crişan Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tab in the 98th minute of the match. The supporters of Sébila booed when Ciclista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pashk Reçi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
