In the 12th minute of the match, Dario Benedetto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zeledon Figueroa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 13 minutes into the match, Cenan Savlet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zeledon Figueroa, 1-0. In the 19th minute, Benjamin Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeledon Figueroa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Benedetto in the 20th minute. The goalkeeper, Zeledon Figueroa, was totally fooled by Ciclista FC's Amador Francesco, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ildefonso Inguma kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match Amador Francesco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Figueroa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Benjamin Txeru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Lipeo's Osvaldo Raitin got a free kick in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Lipeo's goal looked a bit too open when Cenan Savlet came free, but Zeledon Figueroa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Figueroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Flores in the 33rd minute of the match. Dario Benedetto struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Zeledon Figueroa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciclista FC. 39 minutes into the game, Dario Benedetto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Zeledon Figueroa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Zeledon Figueroa managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Ciclista FC's Dario Benedetto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 43 minutes into the game, Ciclista FC's Rigoberto Flores nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeledon Figueroa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Zeledon Figueroa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cenan Savlet in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Zeledon Figueroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Benedetto, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Serafin Cidro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Figueroa skillfully saved the ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Cenan Savlet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lipeo's Zeledon Figueroa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Rigoberto Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciclista FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Figueroa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62nd play minutes Cenan Savlet shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Zeledon Figueroa and just under the crossbar into goal. Lipeo's Zeledon Figueroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Benedetto in the 65th minute of play. Ciclista FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amador Francesco in the 70th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lipeo's goalie and right to Justo Osorio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lipeo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Benedetto in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Figueroa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zeledon Figueroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Benedetto, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Ciclista FC booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Cebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Benedetto took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Figueroa. Zeledon Figueroa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Zeledon Figueroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cenan Savlet in the 80th minute of the match. Zeledon Figueroa came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Ciclista FC's Cenan Savlet. But to his dismay, Cenan Savlet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Rigoberto Flores blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zeledon Figueroa having to make a save. Crişan Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 minutes of play, Ciclista FC's Cenan Savlet made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Figueroa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osvaldo Raitin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Crişan Taffarel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Lipeo's Zeledon Figueroa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Benedetto in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Lipeo got a freekick which was hit by Severo Cebo. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ciclista FC had won after a very even match.
