After a defensive mix-up in Velez's zone, Oscar Frisco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Rioja came out of the goal and Oscar Frisco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jedrzej Tomaka in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ball Hold, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 15 minutes into the match, Velez's goal looked a bit too open when Lukács Révész came free, but Fulgencio Rioja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ball Hold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Pimenta in the 16th minute of play. Ball Hold made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Cafu Pimenta sent off a good shot on target. Fulgencio Rioja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukács Révész, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 31st minute Cafu Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ball Hold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cipriano Ulizes to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Lukács Révész shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Rioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Rioja was a little too slow when Lukács Révész got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 2-2. After 63 minutes of play, Velez's Esteban Ferman made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ball Hold was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipriano Ulizes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Rioja having to make a save. Ball Hold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Ferman in the 70th minute of play. Ball Hold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Ferman in the 86th minute of the match. Ball Hold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Bittencourt in the 87th minute of play. Cipriano Ulizes in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fulgencio Rioja, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the match, Esteban Ferman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ball Hold. Pegale De Puntín's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteban Ferman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Velez's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
