If Gilberto Dolfos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Brun in the 4th minute of play forced RN5's goalkeeper Telo Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ildefonso Sandaili kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Anselmo Felipillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Telo Abalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. When Gilberto Dolfos came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Dolfos couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, RN5's Telo Abalos got control of the ball when Gilberto Dolfos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilberto Dolfos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Telo Abalos. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Adilson Andrade hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. RN5's Telo Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save RN5 from getting a goal against them. RN5's Telo Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Felipillo in the 22nd minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 24th minute, but Telo Abalos got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving RN5 hanging dry this time. With a little luck, RN5's Telo Abalos got control of the ball when Anselmo Felipillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anselmo Felipillo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Telo Abalos came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Felipillo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Sabin in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luciano Cordarryl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wen Liang Yun in the 33rd minute of play forced RN5's goalkeeper Telo Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RN5's Telo Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save RN5 from getting a goal against them. After having played for 37 minutes, Santos Olivar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santos Olivar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Telo Abalos came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Gilberto Dolfos. But to his dismay, Gilberto Dolfos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Felipillo made a kick off. In the 57th minute Boca Juniors were awarded a corner. Santos Olivar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Boca Juniors's Anselmo Felipillo to a score. 4-0 in the 57th minute. Gilberto Dolfos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 64 minutes into the match, RN5's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Iturri came free, but Telo Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telo Abalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Dolfos went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Boca Juniors's Santo Inautzi was substituted for Gilberto Dolfos. Telo Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Inautzi in the 72nd minute of the match. If Santo Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Ekialde got free with Luciano Cordarryl in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santo Inautzi struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Telo Abalos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Mauro Inko replaced Anselmo Felipillo. When Hugo Curcio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. In the 90th minute, Hugo Curcio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Adilson Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Santo Inautzi came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santo Inautzi couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Boca Juniors players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
