Edgard Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Roderigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, CUBANO's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Roderigo came free, but Edgard Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Izel in the 31st minute of play forced CUBANO's goalkeeper Edgard Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Isaac Roderigo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edgard Mundo. The goal made the score 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ladislao Feliu was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Emiliano Daunte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emiliano Daunte really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Emiliano Daunte put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislao Feliu. Ladislao Feliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Academia RC's Ladislao Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Crispo in the 78th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, CUBANO's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Roderigo came free, but Edgard Mundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
