After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Flavio Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of La gloriosa número 6 booed when LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Joanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Joaness short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Karsten Jersov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ruben Gaufred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Baladi. Hipolito Maxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La gloriosa número 6's Karsten Jersov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save La gloriosa número 6 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Joanes in the 26th minute of play forced La gloriosa número 6's goalkeeper Karsten Jersov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicanor Salvadore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Joanes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Karsten Jersov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO booed when La gloriosa número 6 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Ur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, La gloriosa número 6's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Joanes came free, but Karsten Jersov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Gaufred hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Marco Ilixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Ur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Ur came free, but Hipolito Maxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicanor Salvadore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Evelio Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Beltxe couldn't finish the play. Karsten Jersov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Joanes in the 59th minute of play. If Nicanor Salvadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Paulino Joanes came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Joanes couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Paulino Joanes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karsten Jersov was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Karsten Jersov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Joanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Nicanor Salvadore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hipolito Maxin having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicanor Salvadore in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hipolito Maxin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Salvadore in the 84th minute of play forced LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO's goalkeeper Hipolito Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Joanes in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karsten Jersov saved La gloriosa número 6 from getting behind. Hipolito Maxin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicanor Salvadore showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 89 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Joanes in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karsten Jersov saved La gloriosa número 6 from getting behind. When the match was over La gloriosa número 6 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LOS PIBES DEL BARRIO throughout the match.
