De Boedo Vengo's Isidro Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Ubelteso in the 35th minute of play. Zurdo FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after De Boedo Vengo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernandinho Rodrigues took the corner. After taking down the ball on Zurdo FC's corner Fernandinho Rodrigues fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isidro Bento quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Zurdo FC booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pascual Eguerdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jozef Wandzik having to interfere.
