Maikolitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alan y Fer the free kick. After a rather tough play, Maikolitos's Cristo Pierres got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Sobis to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Celio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-8. Herminio Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Nalo in the 76th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Maikolitos got a freekick which was hit by Justo Fero. Felipe Cordara charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe Cordara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Felipe Cordara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes Alan y Fer got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Fagondo. A collision led to Alan y Fer getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Richard Hagenouw hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the game, Justo Fero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alan y Fer's Flavio Oliva quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Ovando in the 94th minute of play forced Alan y Fer's goalkeeper Herminio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alan y Fer walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
