In the 17th minute, Cesar Nalo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ignacy Dziedziak. The goal made the score 1-2. Maikolitos's Ernesto Celio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luis Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 93rd minute, Luis Ovando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Ovando in the 96th minute of play forced Bar-Met FC's goalkeeper Ignacy Dziedziak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Marquez hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the match was over Bar-Met FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Maikolitos throughout the match.
